I’m a New York-based ERYT-500 yoga teacher. Since 2004, yoga has been a source of joy and calm within the hustle of life in NYC. In my teaching, I hope to share the passion and peace I feel on my mat and provide students with an environment in which they uncover new understanding, vibrant presence, and ease. Practices will include playful and vigorous vinyasa, yoga nidra to support deep rest, a thoughtful fusion of yoga and pilates offered by assistant Sharon O’Connor, and meditation. Inspired by the wild allure of our setting, expect walking meditations and a dance party or two.&nbsp; In between, we'll take dips in The Cliffs of Moher Retreat’s ocean view hot tubs and cold plunges, stroll to secret swimming spots, dine on delicious, seasonal meals sourced from the Cliffs’ organic farm, and hike to nearby villages. The Cliffs of Moher Retreat is conveniently located just one hour from Galway and a short coastal walk from some of the best swimming spots, sandy beaches, charming fishing villages, and pubs vibrant with live music. Just 25 minutes from The Cliffs of Moher Retreat is Burren National Park, a UNESCO Geopark, filled with gorgeous hiking trails, fossils, and incredible rock formations. The Cliffs of Moher Retreat boasts an exquisite practice space that looks out onto the sea, a wellness center exclusive for our use with a cedar barrel sauna, herbal steam room, outdoor hot tub, cold plunges, and more, with an organic farm from which our meals are sourced.&nbsp;

Please carefully read the retreat refund policy: Your DepositRetreat deposits are non-refundable. Please consider your circumstances before paying your deposit for a retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before placing your deposit. *In the unexpected event of the retreat being postponed due to Covid or any other unforeseen event, guests will have the opportunity to shift their deposits to a future retreat or receive a full refund. Your Remainder PaymentIn all cases, full payment for the retreat must be received no later than 90 days before the start date to hold your spot. In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In the month leading up to the final payment date, you will receive reminders to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds or transfers of payments after the above deadline due to the fact that we are required to make venue payments that are no longer refundable after this time. Cancellation PolicyIf you have to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation fully: Up to 90 Days Prior: Deposit is forfeited. RETREAT REFUND POLICY

On retreat with Andrea, assisted by Abby, you’ll find a harmonious approach to the yoga practice. We aim to offer you experiences in dynamic, intelligently aligned vinyasa flow and nurturing restorative practices, playfully infused with breath and meditation. Andrea &amp; Abby met in 2023 when Abby completed The Yoga Common's 200-Hour Teacher Training in NYC, directed by Andrea.&nbsp; About AbbyAbigail (Abby) is a yoga teacher who blends movement, mindfulness, and dance-inspired fluidity in her classes. After completing her 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga Common under Andrea's direction in 2023, she began teaching regularly at the studio in August 2024. Drawing from her background as a competitive dancer and former Walt Disney Company performer, Abby infuses her teaching with natural rhythm and grace. Her flows unfold like moving meditations—playful, intentional, and deeply connective. In her welcoming and inclusive classes, students find space to grow, explore, wobble, and deepen their connection with themselves and their practice. Expect to move, breathe, and perhaps surprise yourself along the way!

We’ll take a breathtaking 7 km hike along the Cliffs, allowing you to truly appreciate the stunning views of Doolin, the Aran Islands, and the Cliffs of Moher. Our guide will share the history of the area and take you to the picturesque spots along the way. Hike will be moderate and take about 3.5 hours.
